Payment

We can process three methods - bank transfer (our preferred option), Paypal or cheque. Payment by Paypal will incur a surcharge of 3%, payment by cheque will add time to the process and is not recommended if your requirement is urgent.

We require payment in advance for all work apart from long term/project based design work and large low volume manufacture orders. There are two reasons for this; firstly we have to pay for all of our materials and dispatch costs in advance, secondly because of pricing. Our prices are low, which is partly due to the technology we use, but also because we keep our overheads at a minimum, which of course you benefit from in the prices you pay.
With large low volume manufacture jobs we would always want to formulate a production and payment schedule that suits both parties.

VAT

VAT - delivery within UK

All our work is subject to VAT and a VAT invoice will be issued on completion of the work.

VAT - delivery within EU

If you are a business within the EU (excluding the UK) and you are VAT registered you will qualify for zero rate VAT as long as you can supply a valid VAT registration number including the country code.

VAT - delivery outside of the EU

Outside of the EU there is no VAT charge, but of course you may be subject to charges specific to your area from your local customs/tax authority.
Please note that there are some countries, which although in the EU, are considered to be outside of the EU fiscal area and therefore are exempt from VAT.
